My answer is "YES" -- it is worth it, but you want to shop wisely.
You don't want to spend money on exercise equipment that you will not use, or will use only moderately. When you purchase fitness equipment, think of it as
an investment in your health. Spend your money wisely.
When I started my lifestyle change, I looked at several pieces of fitness equipment -- but in the end purchased an exercise bicycle. I complemented this with
daily walks (though, this was more difficult in the winter and in peak mosquito season) and my mountain bike (again more difficult in winter, and in peak
mosquito season).
But here, I can recommend to you some great pieces of exercise equipment that you will get your moneys worth from.

a product that has advanced features not found in other treadmills. Sole Fitness also has non-folding treadmills that start at $1399.99
and move up in price to $2299.99. They also have 22" wide treadmills that start at $2299.99 and go up to $2899.99 -- they are more expensive,
but you're getting a high quality product.
Did I mentioned that Hilton Hotels worldwide uses only Sole Treadmills in their
fitness rooms? With a name like Hilton standing behind Sole Treadmills, it's not hard to wonder why their treadmills are so popular.
The other company I mentioned, Smooth Fitness, sells treadmills, gyms, and ellipticals. Their treadmills are available as Smooth Economy
where they are priced around $1,000.00. Their Smooth Mid-Priced range in price from $1499.00 up to $2099.00 and finally they have one
top end Smooth Premium treadmill that sells for $3299.00. Now another word about Smooth Treadmills -- their treadmills frequently go on sale. That
means you could get yourself the Smooth Premium treadmill for far less than you would expect. In fact recently they had a sale on their
Smooth Premium Treadmill for only $2499.00.
- The last retailer that I can recommend is Smooth Fitness. Smooth Fitness is more
